For those looking to completely reinforce their Raptor’s front suspension system without going +3″ wider with the BOLT Kit, our Fabricated Knuckles/Spindles complete the whole package. Pair these knuckles with our Billet Upper Control Arm Kit and Fabricated Lower Control Arm Kit for the most durable Raptor width suspension system available on the market today.

These chromoly steel fabricated knuckles feature a double-shear tie rod pivot, double-shear lower control arm pivot, and a custom machined 17-4 stainless steel upper control arm pin. Just like the knuckles used in our BOLT Kit, the bearing blocks for these knuckles will be machined in-house to ensure top notch fit and finish.

Ditching the factory suspension components and upgrading to the RPG Stock Width Suspension Kit will create a more rigid, more robust, and better performing suspension system. This suspension system will require FOX or King 3.0 coil-overs, and we highly recommending adding 3.0 external bypass shock to supplement that coil-over. If you decide against a dual shock setup, the factory sway bar may be maintained.
